Bahan-bahan

 3 porsi

1. Bahan utama :
2. sesuai selera Kerupuk pelangi,
3. sesuai selera makaroni,
4. sesuai selera kwetiau
5. Bahan tambahan :
6. secukupnya Bakso,
7. secukupnya sosis,
8. 1 butir telur,
9. sawi hijau
10. Bumbu halus :
11. 1 cm kencur (boleh di tambah bila ingin terasa kencurnya),
12. 5 buah cabai merah,
13. 5 buah cabai rawit (kalau ingin pedas bisa di tambahkan),
14. 5 siung bawang merah,
15. 3 siung bawang putih,
16. secukupnya Garam,
17. secukupnya gula
18. Air

Langkah

1. Rendam kerupuk di dalam air panas, agar kerupuk terbilas dan lebih sebentar saat memasak karena menjadi lembek. Beri sedikit minyak agar tidak menempel dan lengket.

2. Haluskan semua bumbu yg tertera pada bumbu halus, setalah itu tumis bumbu dengan minyak goreng, sampai harum

3. Tambahkan telur diamkan sebentar, kemudian aduk" sampai telur hancur

4. Masukan bahan utama kedalam tumisan td, aduk sebentar, setelah itu masukan air sampai semua bahan terendam

5. Masukan bahan tambahan, tunggu sampai mendidih, cicipi bila kurang terasa bisa tambahkan sedikit bumbu penyedap (saya biasa pakai yg rasa sapi) bila air nya asat, tambahkan air panas sampe ada kuahnya sedikit
